Noah Kirkwood began building his basketball career at Harvard University, where in his final collegiate season he averaged 17.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game. After completing his college career, he moved to the NBA G League, where he played for the Long Island Nets, before continuing his professional career in Europe. He has played in Germany, France, and most recently Poland, where he suited up for Śląsk Wrocław and also competed in the EuroCup. In the BKT EuroCup, he averaged 12.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game.

He also spent two seasons competing in the Basketball Champions League with Telekom Bonn and Saint-Quentin. While playing for the German club, he appeared in 15 games and averaged 9.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game. For the French team, he played seven games and averaged 7.6 points, 2.4 assists, and 2.3 rebounds per game.

Kirkwood was also a member of Canada’s youth national teams, representing the U16, U17, and U19 squads. In 2017, he won the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup title with Canada’s U19 national team.
