Cameron Houindo will turn 18 in January and moved from France to Ljubljana in the summer of 2025. In 2024, he was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the European Under-16 Championship, where France won the title of European champions.

In the 2024/25 season, he also impressed in the Euroleague adidas NextGen competition. At the tournament in Belgrade, he averaged 12.0 points and 5.0 rebounds over four games, while at the Abu Dhabi tournament he posted 9.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game across three matches.

He has represented France at the European Championships for the Under-16 and Under-18 national teams.
