Cedevita Olimpija has prevailed over Šentjur on the road in Hruševec Sports Hall in the Game 1 of the Quarterfinals of the Nova KBM League. The second game is coming up on Tuesday, 20.30 in Tivoli Sports Hall.

The senior squad of Cedevita Olimpija has prevailed over Šentjur on Friday in the Game 1 of the Quarterfinal series with the final score of 108:78. This way, the Dragons have took a 1:0 advantage in the best of three Quarterfinal series and they will have an opportunity to qualify for the Semifinals on Tuesday, 20.30, when they will be hosting Šentjur in Game 2 of the series. The entrance to the game will be free of charge for all visitors.

GAME REPORT:

Ever since the very beginning it has been clear that the squad of Ljubljana is interested only in a victory in Šentjur. In the opening 20 minutes of the game, they have scored 64 points, after 3 quarterrs 90 and secured themselves 30 points of advantage (90:60) ahead of the final period. They cruised calmly until the end of the game afterwards.

In the first quarter Luka Ščuka shined and he finished the game with 17 points and 12 rebounds, altogether grabbing a valuation of 32.
