Cedevita Olimpija has played its first Spar Cup game of the season and in Kranj, the squad of Ljubljana prevailed with the final score of 52:103.
Cedevita Olimpija, for the first time this season led from the bench by head coach Zoran Martić, has prevailed over ECE Triglav Kranj in its first Spar Cup game of the season. The Dragons have prevailed with the final score of 52:103 and will carry a decent advantage into the second game.
The season goes on for the Dragons on Saturday, when they will be hosting Crvena zvezda Meridianbet in Tivoli Sports Hall in the AdmiralBet ABA League Round 15. The game will start on 19:00.

Cedevita Olimpija has been a better of the two squads all game long and has dictated the tempo straight from the beginning. The Dragons won the first quarter by 16 points (9:25) and half by 30 already (26:56). The second half was therefore only a formality and they cruised towards the convincing win in the end.
For Cedevita Olimpija, Rok Radović led the way in scoring with 18 points on his record and Karlo Matković (17 points), Gregor Glas (16), Shawn Jones (14) and DJ Stewart (13) followed him.
It has also been the first game of the season for Zoran Dragić, who contributed 3 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists and a steal to the team’s success.
