Just like in Game 1 of the Quarterfinals, Cedevita Olimpija players have beaten Zlatorog of Laško (91:71) in Game 2 in Stožice Arena and got their spot at the Final Four Tournament of Spar Cup, that will take place on Thursday and Friday in Kodeljevo.
Cedevita Olimpija has been successful in the Game 2 of the Quarterfinals as well and earned itself a ticket for the final tournament. In the second game, that took place in Stožice Arena on Monday, Jurica Golamac’s squad has beaten Aleš Pipan’s 91:71 and advanced to the Semi-finals with a total margin of 46 points. In the Semi-finals the Dragons will meet Krka on Thursday, 20.30 in Kodeljevo Sports Hall.
Ljubljana team went off to a slow start and the scoreborad has been showing the score of 23:30 in favour of the visitors of Laško. The Ljubljana players have entered the remainder of the game more determined, pulled away and then kept increasing their lead. This was enough for the calm ending and convincing win-

The Final Four Tournament of the Spar Cup will start on Thursday in Kodeljevo Sports Hall. Cedevita Olimpija will be chasing its 21st cup trophy since the independence of Slovenia and first after 2017. For the third season in a row, they will face Krka in the Semi-finals. The latter were better in the 2020/21 season in Kodeljevo with the score of 82:80.
