Cedevita Olimpija will look to get back on the winning track on Saturday at 19.00 in Round 19 of the AdmiralBet ABA League regular season, as the Dragons look to face FMP Soccerbet in Belgrade.
Cedevita Olimpija’s players are facing the last of three consecutive away games, which took the Dragons’ expedition to Skopje, Kaunas and finally to Belgrade. On Saturday at 7:00 p.m., head coach Jurica Golemac’s team will face FMP Soccerbet in Arena KK FMP in Železnik and will try to break the series of defeats in the regional league.
In the last seven matches in the regional league and the European Cup, Cedevita Olimpija experienced six defeats. The Dragons recorded their only victory last week, when they beat Umana Reyer from Venice 77:73 on their home turf, and in the last week, they lost away to MZT (74:79) and to Ukrainian Promete (68:94). After an extraordinary streak of nine consecutive victories in the AdmiralBet League ABA, Golem’s company experienced three defeats in the last three tests in the region, and against FMP the current Slovenian champions will try to get back on the winning track.
