Defeat for the young Dragons by Nutrispoint Ilirija in Tivoli

In the 6th round of the Nova KBM League, Cedevita Olimpija’s young squad has suffered a defeat at home in Tivoli Sports Hall.

Cedevita Olimpija’s young squad suffered third defeat in five games played so far in the Nova KBM League Top Six and it has been Nutrispoint Ilirija, that has been better than the Dragons, getting their revenge for the first round defeat in the same venue.

The visiting side has quickly got in front and led by 6 points by first half, only to extend their advantage to 7 by the big break. In the second half, Cedevita Olimpija fought back and managed even to get in front in the final minute of the game, but it has been Luka Vončina, that scored a game-winner with 3 seconds left on the game clock and set the final score of 82:84 in the end.

For Cedevita Olimpija Marko Radovanović led the way in scoring, as he put in 24 points, while Luka Ščuka was the one to follow him with 16 points.

The next game is coming up for the Cedevita Olimpija young guns on Wednesday, when they will travel to Novo mesto to face Krka in the Round 5 game. The game is on schedule at 18.30.
