The players of Cedevita Olimpija have learned their regular season schedule for the 2025/26 ABA League, which promises an action-packed autumn and a tight lineup of hot matchups all the way through February. The Ljubljana side will face some of the biggest rivals in regional basketball in the opening rounds, with true spectacles in store for their home court.
The Dragons will open the regional season on October 5 at home against Mega Superbet. Just a week later, on October 11, they will face their first tough road challenge in Podgorica against Budućnost VOLI. October will also bring another attractive home game – on October 19, Zadar visits Stožice. This will be followed by an away match against Bosna BH Telecom (October 25), who are returning to the ABA League elite after several years.
November will see the schedule intensify. After a home clash with league newcomer Vienna (November 9), one of the major derbies of the regional season will take place in Stožice on November 17 – Crvena zvezda MeridianBet. In recent years, games against the Belgrade giants have become synonymous with packed stands, an incredible atmosphere, and nail-biting finishes. Just before the competition break for national team duties, the Dragons will also visit Spartak Office Shoes on November 23.
December will open with a city derby against Ilirija (December 7), the first in ABA League history to be played in Ljubljana, followed by a home game against Bosna BH Telecom (December 12) and a road game against Mega Superbet (December 21). The Dragons will wrap up their 2025 ABA League calendar with another major challenge – an away game against Crvena zvezda on December 27.
The new year will begin at home – on January 3, Serbian side Spartak Office Shoes will visit Ljubljana, followed by a clash with Vienna in the Austrian capital on January 10. Just a week later (January 17), another highlight awaits – a home battle against Budućnost VOLI. The regular season will conclude with a tough run: an away game against Zadar on January 23, and finally, the city derby against Ilirija on February 1.
The regular season in both international competitions will tip off for Cedevita Olimpija on Wednesday, October 1, when Spanish side BAXI Manresa visits Ljubljana. Season tickets for all home games are still available in presale at vstopnice.olimpija.com, and basketball fans can get them even cheaper through the 6.Zmaj app.
