Cedevita Olimpija young squad has suffered a loss against GGD Šenčur in the second round game of the Nova KBM League with the score of 64:70. The squad of Gorenjska region has therefore ended the streak of 12 consecutive wins by the green and orange.
After Cedevita Olimpija won the first quarter by 3 points (22:19), Šenčur fought back in the second quarter and turned thegame completely upside-down by halftime, when they were ahead by 4 points (38:42). In the remainder of the game, Cedevita Olimpija did not manage to come up with a comeback and GGD Šenčur prevailed 70:64.
For the Dragons, Dan Duščak scored 16 points, while adding 10 assists, 5 rebounds and just as many steals to his stats. Alen Hodžić followed hm with 11 points and 5 rebounds.
The next game is coming up for Cedevita Olimpija on Wednesday, when the Dragons will face Virtus Segafredo of Bologna on the road in Italy in the 15th round of the 7DAYS EuroCup.
