In the Round 17 of the BKT EuroCup, Cedevita Olimpija suffred a defeat by the London Lions, which is the 16th defeat for the Ljubljana squad in the European competitions. After 40 minutes of the game the score on the scoreboard was 85:92.
Cedevita Olimpija has presented itself for the last time in front of home crowd in the BKT EuroCup this season. In the 17th round, the Dragons still only have a game against Paris to play this season, the squad, led from the bench by head coach Zoran Martić has been defeated by the visiting side London Lions after a tight game.
The next game is coming up for the Dragons on Saturday, when they will play their 19th round game in the AdmiralBet ABA League on the road in Čačak against Borac Mozzart. The game is scheduled to begin on 19.00.

The fans in Stožice arena have witnessed a close contest, where Cedevita Olimpija has been in front for the majority of the playing time, but did not manage to truly pull away at any point. The two squads have entered the final moments of the clash tied and with 150 seconds to go in the game, the score has been 79:79. In the remainder of the playing time, however, the visiting side has stepped up and scored another win in the end.
For Cedevita Olimpija, Jaka Blažič led the way in scoring with 28 points on his record. Karlo Matković added 21 and Justin Cobbs 13.
