Cedevita Olimpija squad has prevailed over Veolia Towers Hamburg 114:83 on the road in Hamburg and therefore grabbed their first win of the BKT EuroCup season.
The streak of defeats, that lasted from 1 February last year, is over for the Cedevita Olimpija squad. The green and orange have prevailed over Veolia Towers Hamburg on Wednesday in the Round 16 of the BKT EurpCup and ended the streak of 20 straight defeats in the second-tier European club competition. The thought of the win is even more sweet if we remember the fact that 114 points scored by Cedevita Olimpija in this game is the best scoring achievement of the Ljubljana squad in the entire BKT EuroCup history.
Two clashes await Cedevita Olimpija in the BKT EuroCup this season. London Lions are coming to Ljubljana next week, while in the last round, the Dragons will play against Paris Basketball on the road.
