Cedevita Olimpija has grabbed its 13th win of the AdmiralBet ABA League season. The Dragons of Ljubljana have prevailed over Borac Mozzart on the road in Čačak, got back on the winning track after recent defeats against SC Derby and London Lions and will remain amongst the Top 4 of the standings in the regional competition after 19 rounds played.
The next game is coming up for the Dragons on Wednesday in the BKT EuroCup, when they will face Paris Basketball on the road in France in what will be their last game of the European season. It has been a game of plenty ups and downs, where the winning side hasn’t been determined all until the final moments. As Darko Talić scored his three-pointer with 2 and a half minutes left in the game, Borac Mozzart cut the gap to only 2 points (63:65), but that’s when Cedevita Olimpija went on a 7:0 run, concluded by a crazy three-pointer by Jaka Blažič, which put them up by 9 points (63:72). These turned out the be the key moments of the game.
