After it was announced on Wednesday that Cedevita Olimpija’s senior team will face Turkish club Beşiktaş in early March in the battle for a spot in the BKT EuroCup quarterfinals, the exact game time has now been confirmed. The Dragons will host Beşiktaş at Stožice Arena on Wednesday, March 5, at 19:30.
Cedevita Olimpija, which finished the BKT EuroCup regular season in fourth place in Group B with ten wins and eight losses, will take on Beşiktaş in the first round of the EuroCup playoffs. The Turkish team, which also recorded ten wins and eight losses in the group stage, will arrive at Stožice Arena on Wednesday, March 5, at 19:30. This means that Slovenian basketball fans will get to witness a EuroCup playoff game at Stožice for the first time since 2022!
