Cedevita Olimpija continues with preparations for the forthcoming season and in the third preseason game, the Dragons have snatched their third win in the summer period. After having beaten Zlatorog Laško and Budućnost VOLI in first two games, the Stožice squad have prevailed over the AdmiralBet ABA League rivals of Split as well in their third test ahead of the season.
The Dragons of Ljubljana continue their preseason in a victorious fashion. After prevailing over Zlatorog Laško and Budućnost VOLI they have downed Split in Game 3 in the preseason and still don’t know how defeat tastes like, ever since head coach Zvezdan Mitrović took over the Stožice side.
Split were the ones that started the game in a better way, having pulled away with the score of 0:8 right at the start. However, the hosts fought back and turned the game completely upside-down by halftime (48:31). The second half was only a formality and the final score was 94:61 in favour of Cedevita Olimpija.
For the home squad, Brynton Lemar led the way in scoring with 18 points on his record, while Devin Robinson added 17 points.
Cedevita Olimpija continue their preseason on Friday, 30 August, when they will be facing Mitteldeutscher in Stožice Small Hall.
