Devin Robinson, the Power Forward of Cedevita Olimpija’s senior roster, has been named to the BKT EuroCup Second Team. For Robinson, this marks his first individual award in his professional career, and he is joined in the competition’s second team by Zavier Simpson (U-BT Cluj-Napoca), Semi Ojeleye (Valencia Basket), Anthony Brown (Turk Telekom) in Xabi Lopez-Arostegui (Valencia).
Cedevita Olimpija’s senior team concluded the regular part of the 2024/25 EuroCup season with ten victories, advancing all the way to the quarterfinals of the competition. The Dragons appeared in the playoffs for the first time since 2022.
Few players have been as consistent this season as Devin Robinson, who ranked 10th in the season with an average of 14.9 points per game. He scored in double figures in 17 of his 20 appearances, with 11 of those games seeing him score at least 15 points. Robinson also excelled in rebounding. He led the Dragons with an average of 5.9 rebounds per game and had 13 games in which he grabbed at least five rebounds.
All of this helped Cedevita Olimpija achieve its first winning season in three years and reach the quarterfinals, while Robinson, with his performances, deservedly solidified his position as one of the top players in the EuroCup.
